Clear yellow-amber brew with plenty of foam in the goblet. Aromatic with citrus and apple cider. Quite fruity tasting with peach and apricot. Just slightly sweet with malt, which helps the drinkability. Some lemon peel in the finish with a touch of grapefruit. Fairly sharp but not quite acidic. Bitterness is distinct but moderate. Overall this is pleasant sipping brew in the usual over-hopped fashion. From the 16 oz can purchased up north. Date not legible.

L - Crystalline structure, like a fine champagne, wiht great, long-lasting head anc carbonation for minutes on end. See through.
S - could smell the floral, almost overly hopped, character on this as soon as I opened this can from 7.02.25 (writing this 8.10.25) and the whiff is potent - but settles into a good mix of peach stone fruit smells, some diesel, and some piney resin.
T - Hmm... falls a bit flat, could be the TDH treatment; I always find the DDH and TDH beers more impactful on the nose than on the palate, but more of the same (tame) peach, some floral diesel, and a bit of forest floor. Strange this is the weak point for this otherwise stellar beer... alas.
F - Love the mouthfeel, nice and dry, and the carbonation does wonders here - stays perky on the tongue for the whole can and glass. Floods the palate, but the dryness lingers and any biterness drops off the cliff. A bit of almost pit bubblegum at the end. Interesting.
O - A great rendition of V.S., though the taste gets muted a bit by the triple dry hop (I think?) - would love to try this on tap when fresh in Portland. Well done.
