L:. Pours a darker Amber orange with a small white head and a few fingers of lacing.
S:. Lots of sweetness, including maple, toffee and caramel, toasted bread and the trappist yeast comes through. Aroma is a touch weak.
T:. Notes of sweetness, including maple, caramel and toffee, a bit of grain and alcohol and the trappist yeast shines through.
F:. Bigger body, higher carbonation.
O:. This is a unique beer but quite enjoyable.
