Inspired by The Emerald Isle, Thin Lizzy, and our favorite color here at Albright Grove, this Irish Dry Stout is the perfect companion to the colder winter months. Utilizing 100% Simpsons base and roasted malts and quintessential East Kent Golding hops, this stout boasts a pronounced malt character of roasted grains, dark chocolate, and coffee. The English yeast strain lends subtle fruit notes while the addition of nitrogen creates a creamy, smooth mouthfeel. Low ABV and surprisingly light body and dry finish make for the perfect winter session beer.

Just an excellent DRY IRISH STOUT. I definitely believe the brewery nailed it for what they were going after. Lots of smoke, dark malt, some outline stone fruit, coffee, chocolate and a creamy viscosity & bone dry finish.
