Educated Salad has a thick, spongy, off-white head, strong bubble streams, with haziness, following the "swish & pour" and heavy lacing. The aroma is of faint white bread, but not much else. The flavor is of white bread and strong bitterness. Educated Salad has a light-to-medium body and a crisp, dry finish.

The initial presentation on the front is fine but the aftertaste is what makes me not want to return to another one

Initial gut reaction to my first 16 fl oz pull-tab can:
5.6% ABV. "Tropical wheat ale." "Wheat ale brewed with kohatu hops and sultana hops..."
$11.49 USD plus tax per 4-pack.
Fine, but ultimately mediocre. Hop profile is underwhelming. Not much of a wheat ale, to be honest...seems like a dressed down turbid pale ale.

08/15/20 can:
Dry. Unrefreshing. Wheat. Faint lychee. Bitter orange pulp.
Finishes bitter. A bit unpleasant.
Not a great beer by any stretch. More mediocrity from Rally Cap...
