The Night Shift has a very thick, spongy, off-white head, an opaque, translucent orange appearance, with fierce bubble streams, lots of tan sediment specks, and heavy glass lacing. The aroma is of spiced white bread and marmalade. The flavor is of low sweetness, but strong bitterness. The Night Shift has a medium body and a dry finish.
