Mosaic, Simcoe, Vic Secret
This fall version of Elevated Perspective adds extra oats and wheat with a dash of lactose sugar for a smooth, creamy body. Three separate dry hop additions, totaling 7.5lbs per barrel, of Mosaic, Simcoe and Vic Secret, create expansive layers of aromatic flavors.

16oz can with a date
Looks amazing, very cloudy, cap of sudsy foam, Smells like hop Sprite. Very tasty and unique.. a sour hop spicyness backed by plenty of sweet honey malts. In the finish there is a touch of very savory malt that ties the whole experience together. The ABV is insanely well-hidden
These guys knock another one out of the park

I think this brewer is new to me. From what I see listed as their offerings, they certainly like to experiment. I guess we drinkers the guinea pigs. It seems safe enough!
The thing pours super cloudy with interesting fizz. The aroma is intense and cool - nice blend of hops, and lots of them, and funkiness. The taste is a bitter-sweet booziness with an alcohol finish. It would be hard to drink two of these.
Not recommended unless you really want a weird, boozy trippy IPA, which is what this is. Too expensive.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on December 27, 2020. A fall version of Elevated Perspective that adds extra oats, wheat and lactose sugar.

A pint can was elevated above the rim of a clear glass liter mug and its contents left the can for the glass. The liquid is a very murky orange-amber and produces some tight and enduring head and glass lacing. A not so pronounced aroma gives glimpses of a softly hopped brew with plenty of starches. The taste is much more complex, balanced and bitter hopped than the nose witnessed. Even those that eschew milkshake beers should find this at least tolerable. Credit, most likely to those versatile Simcoe hops that always find a way to shine through with a clean and pronounced bite at the finish. It's an excellent way to conclude a taste trip that begins softly sweet, not overly sweet. The otherwise excellent finish is marred slightly by an unnecessary stickiness resultant from all the sugars.
