Billed as a dessert pastry sour, this beer pours purple, with a three finger head of foam that makes crisp noises when the bubbles burst. The aroma is of raspberries and cherry; the marshmellow is mildly...um...mellow...and a small aftertaste of cinnamon cuts through at the end. This is sour, medium bodied, but balanced nicely with sweet characteristics. If you like sours, or if you like a well-balanced sour, this must be on your list.

Tasted in a Rastal Teku from a one pint can on May 5, 2021. Look is deep red with a foamy pink head. Smell and taste is berries, cinnamon and creme. Feel is medium in body.
