This Illinois style IPA is brewed to be a bit sweeter than most Hazy IPAs, while being fruity and juicy in flavor and texture. Citra, Mosaic and Strata hops layer flavors of tropical and citrus fruits on a creamy body. Inspired by Forager Brewery Stalker Hops.

An Illinois Style IPA? Brewed with Citra.Mosaic and Strata hops. It pours a hazy dark golden color with a thin white an very little lacing. smell is dank floral and juicy. Taste has citrus ,tangerine ,herbal mint,stone fruits and some pine cedar notes. Mout feel is swwet more than dry loads of hop flavors earthy with some bitterness.
