Dessert pastry sour with pineapple, tart cherry, cinnamon, brown sugar and vanilla beans
Inspired by those delicious pineapple upside down cakes, we layered juicy dessert sour with pineapples, sweet cherries and Madagascar vanilla beans before dusting with brown sugar and Ceylon cinnamon.

Guessing this is V4, since the can art doesn't match any of the others (bungee jumper over a green river valley). 16 oz can, poured at ~40 degrees F.
L: Pours an opaque slushy red-pink that seems not unlike a blended grapefruit with perhaps a few red berries. Forms absolutely no head whatsoever.
S; Spices and vanilla, over a sweet fruit puree.
T: This is as advertised on the tin. It opens as pineapple juice, swiftly joined by sweet cherries. Cinnamon and vanilla notes emerge shortly thereafter, and with the faint and distant malt backbone, the result is not unlike drinking a pineapple upside down cake. There's a tartness to the pineapple, but the sweetness of the rest renders it nigh neutral.
F: Medium to full, and oddly lively.
O: While delicious, this drinks less like a sour, and more like a smoothie that has some alcohol in it.
