DDH Honey Oat Cream Triple IPA with Citra, Galaxy, Cashmere, Vic Secret & Idaho 7
This juicy triple IPA is jam packed with some of our favorite hops through the entire brewing and cellaring process. Hop additions to the boil, whirlpool, hop back, fermentation and conditioning tank fold in layers of tropical tones, stone fruit waves, piney dankness and floral aromas. This beer drinks smooth and creamy with explosions of hop flavor.

Humble Forager Rugged Outlook v2 TIPA/TNEIPA, 9% ABV. Pours hazy orange with a five-finger white head that left lots of lacing. Nose is citrus. Taste is juicy citrus, slightly sweet, moderately bitter. Decent mouthfeel, overall excellent.

Can. White head with lace. Hazy golden sunset orange color.
Too much hop burn, too much bitterness/bite. I expected more from a honey oat cream, but this isn’t very soft. Harsh and hard to drink. Not a fan.

Poured into a nonic.
Pours dark orange-gold and opaque.
The aromas run the gamut. Pineapple, mango, lemon, lime, peach, white grape, honeydew, floral, pine, lemongrass, and herb/dank notes.
It looks like an NEIPA but its "juicy" notes, although present, take a back seat to the other flavors. Modest honey sweet and tropical notes on the front of the palate transition into under-ripe stone fruit (like a hard peach that still has a little green on it) and lime zest before giving way to grass, plenty of pine resin, chive, and dankness. Barely any booze flavor at the finish.
The brew is somewhat past medium bodied. The oats aren't just on the label, they deliver a creamy silky feel. The brew still has a somewhat drying finish.
This is a superbly balanced strong IPA, period. It may have some initially deceiving NEIPA looks and flavors, but is anything but a juice bomb. The pine resin and chive are the main attraction without being heavy handed. And the oats aren't just there for looks. They really soften the overall feel of the brew--which might have been too harsh without them.

Super juice-filled and creme-centered IPA that doesn't overdo anything and tastes like you just ate a big tasty piece of lawn. Insanely easy to drink and leaves me wishing I had several more, a rarity these days

Rugged Outlook V2 pours a hazy golden color, with a nice large, and long lasting head. Aroma is is floral and hoppy. Flavor is floral, hoppy, some sweet notes of honey, and on a very smooth creamy oat backbone. Good body and feel. Overall, lots of flavors, easy to drink, very smooth.
