Don't know if this is an "off" can, but this is one ugly brew, really. Cloudy, murky, light brown. Almost like Yoohoo. Seriously. I'm going to rate it amidships just in case.

Complex aromas. Pineapple, orange, pear, peach, lemon, lime, lactic acid.

The flavor is more muddled. Similar notes but blurred.

Medium bodied and drying.

I will probably have to try this one again, because based on the other reviews, I must have an infected batch or something. It doesn't look at all like other reviewers have described.

Not much for sours as a rule but liked this one a bit. Poured from a twelve oz. can.
L: golden yellow not much of a head little to no lacing
S: tropical and a hint of booze plus a slight funk
T: at 10% ABV it’s not overt. Orange, tropical fruits, a bit of spice. Not as sour as I expect sours to be. Half way through I’m not tired of it like I usually am with most sours. I think the taste is the highlight of this beer. The sourness is most noticeable in the finish.
F: more carbonation than expected following an unspectacular pour, medium bodied
O: for me a very nice sour and surprisingly very drinkable. As a matter of fact maybe a bit too drinkable for a 10% ABV beer. I would definitely drink this one again.

Inspired by zombies, built for the beach and collaborating with Barrel Theory, this seeming word jumble starts to make sense with the first sip of this tropical accented sour ale that tops ten percent in alcohol content.

Mixing with Barrel Theory is Humble Forager's opportunity to step away from the common kettle souring and into the world of wild. Pouring pale straw with threads of gold, steaming bubbles and a spritzy froth to take the appearance of a slightly hazy champagne. Teasing the nose with tropical fruit, citrus, wine, pepper, herb and hazy, the complex scent is bracingly tart and pleasantly earthy with cork, dry burlap and a general attic-like aridness. Supple sweetness then graces the tongue with notions of agave, sourdough and saltwater taffy.

With the tastebuds able to explore flavors further, the tropical flavors of passionfruit, orange and lime certainly command the middle palate while the underlying sourness of grapefruit, lemon, crabapple, sour white grape and gooseberry give the natural fermentation flavors a stark complement of fruit to accompany the tiki fruit additions. Berry-like and with a smooth creaminess, a late taste of marzipan and spicy sweetness carries the taste into a botanical taste of botanical gin and negroni cocktails.

Medium bodied and spicy for sour ale, the slight fullness in syrup textures is dissected by the beer's bracing sourness and its barrel-aged, oaken dryness. A medium-short afterglow of negroni, tiki and fruit acidity offers a surprisingly lively taste for a beer inspired by the undead.

Can. No head. Golden orange color.

Fruit and booze. Low carb, but somehow spritz. Mango, orange, passionfruit. Not really sure what’s going on with this ‘beer’, but it’s awful. I’d rather have the smoothie sours than this.
