Slightly less than a fingers worth of airy light khaki colored froth... Fizzes away rather quickly... Color is a vibrant bold orange... Big fruit juice forward nose... Passion fruit, mango and pineapple are the highlights... Perhaps some banana and strawberry notes as well... Some faint lactose acidity as well... Flavor profile is spot on with the nose... There are some slightly increased acidic citrus presence, but sweet and rather enjoyable all the way around... Medium bodied... Dense... With loads of prickly carbonation... The finish is a touch chalky... Stellar beer... I'm quickly becoming a fan of everything that Humble Forager is turning out...

L: Pours opaque and guava colored. Decent head. No lacing.
S: The passionfruit is the bomb on this one, with some guava and grapefruit. A touch of pineapple. Powerful and pleasant.
T: Peach, mango, passionfruit, guava, and pineapple shaken up, blended, and washed over the tongue. Extremely well-hidden booze.
F: Full bodied with more carbonation than expected and excellent acidity.
O: Humble Forager has become a favorite.

L: Pours an opaque pinkish orange. Whatever head there briefly was settled immediately. Looks like the Cobra Fang cocktail it was inspired by.
S: Big notes of passion fruit. Pineapple and tangerine also present.
T: Tangerine, sweet pineapple, passion fruit. Sweet juice with a slightly tart finish. Almost too sweet, but strikes the balance.
F: Full bodied with medium-low carbonation.
O: Excellent fruited sour. The only thing missing is some lime for added tartness and flavor and I think this would be a world-class beer. Humble Forager is becoming one of my favorite breweries with excellent sours, pilsners, red lagers. Is there any beer they don’t execute well?
