Look: it's a deep Amber to Brown copper it has a creamy yellow foam... There's some protein structure and a slight bit of haze

Smell: sweet malt, and a faint aroma of caramelized peach. A high fruit note but not acidic not citrus... Not hoppy , just sweet earth. I'm going to add dimethyl sulfate DMS I mean there's just a hint... Not rotten eggs but maybe cooked cabbage or cooked potatoes or cooked corn ... I don't think there's adjuncts in this.... But if the pilsner or a Vienna malt... That sulfur is the likely source

Taste: clean sweet malt with stone fruit esters I must pronounce this taste like ale... It's not clean lager-ish

Mouth feel: it has protein structure adequate carbonation a little softness... It's neither bitter nor dry... But it does have a sharpness that just begins to bite between draws... reminding you that you want another sip... Yeah kind of dangerous, but inviting.

Overall: it's dark and Rich and a little bit sweet... Some caramel and stone fruit aromas... Neither belitter nor dry. Not cloying or carmely. It stays in the lane, I'm saying it's not dessert! Just sweet maltiness.

Clear amber-brown brew with off-white foam. Aroma of roasted malt, quite fragrant, and butterscotch in the nose. Very pleasant malty brew but not overly sweet. Quite roasted grain tasting. Plenty of spritz and a refreshing mouthfeel. Overall this is a better than average Amber Lager. From the 16 oz can purchased in Arizona. Not dated.

From Beer Drop.

Pours a clear deep amber with an inch of foam, retention and lacing very good.

Smell is malty with some bread, hint of nuttiness, light hop presence.

Taste is malty, light sweet notes, light nuttiness, low level of bitterness. I don't seem to pick up any grain such as corn...

Good mouthfeel, overall good Amber Lager. I would probably drink this again.

On tap in Rochester, typical amber color with a thin head - taste upfront is very malty, almost coffee like - it holds thru the entire sip, finishing rich. Very little discernible hops

I wouldn't label this one as an American Adjunct Lager. More like an Amber/Red Lager. In any case, it is a pretty tasty brew. Poured from a 16 oz. can into an iced tea glass, this beer features a clear, dark amber/ root beer color and a very small bubbly white head that fades fast. Aroma and taste are malty, earthy and showing a little bitterness. Good flavor. Mouthfeel is medium bodied and crisp. I could drink a few of these!!
