Pours thick and black and seems totally still. No noise when the cap came off. The nose is intense bourbon, light cinnamon, vanilla, sherry, raisins, and pecan pie.
The taste is incredible. I'm loving this. Pecans (dominant), vanilla, bourbon, toffee, cinnamon, black licorice, slight roasted malts, and lots of molasses.
I really love the intensity here, which is made possible by the lack of carbonation. Super enjoyable!
