I purchased this bottle at the brewery’s shop in Sainte-Mère-Eglise in June 2019...and inadvertently lost in my fridge until March 2020. Best before date on the bottle is 8 March 2021. This rating is from the notes I took after tasting a fresh one in 2019.
Pours a light copper color, with decent lacing and carbonation still. Minimal hop aroma - more sweetness from the malt at this point. The bitterness from the hops has faded, with a mildly bitter finish. It’s a reasonable example of the IPAs nearly every craft brewery in the US made from the early 2000s until a few years ago.
