Mills Brewing patiently make complex and nostalgic beers with their house blend of yeast and bacteria. Here, we got together to use BOXCAR's house blend of yeasts to create another nostalgic style, a Best Bitter.
Fruit flavours from the yeast, toffee and honey sweetness, balanced with large amounts of Goldings hops.

Pours amber with soft, light head.
Smell is bready, fruity and a bit floral, with notes of knäckebröd and citrus.
Taste is floral and bready, with a little bit of sweet toffee. Moderate bitterness and notes of citrus and cracker, with a slightly mineral finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a nice bitter, easy to drink and mellow.
