Served to me a dark, slightly murky copper with the remnants of a white head.
Smell is great: light citrus and grass aromas with heavy herbal notes, presumable from the honey. Complex and inviting.
Flavor is similar to the smell. There is a nice bitterness from the hops, with significant herbal notes from the honey. The honey doesn't add much sweetness, as this is a mostly bitter brew, but instead gives some complexity to the hops.
Pretty smooth mouthfeel, with medium carbonation.
Towards the end of the glass I started to get tired of the hrbal honey flavors, so I wouldn't say I could drink more than one of these at a time. Those 16 ounces were plenty good though. Give this a try.

Sampled at the brewpub. Light copper color, carbonation and head were both missing from review sample. The nose is sweet, a hint of honey present, very light and quenching. Malty sweet and honey like flavor gives way to sweet long aftertaste. Made of 35% wheat malt, this is a nice quencher.

Hazy depp goldish brown in color...a nice sweet honey nose, along with some toasty malt notes...very nice work with the honey...it really complements the toasty malt nicely..not oversweet...this is done right...perhaps the best honey beer I have tried...for once a beer where the honey fits and works...this is how you use honey in a beer...a very nice product...

Appearance is a hazy piss yellow color. Just a skim of an ivory white head. Lacing is sporadic. Really nice sweet honey and pils like maltiness on the nose. Taste is solid. Crisp. Sweet. And dry on the finish. Nicely carbonated mouthfeel. Highly drinkable and refreshing. Great July beer.
