Still trying to buy from local breweries during the virus situation as much as pos. Excalibur is becoming a favorite.
The English brown ale is offered in August, a brave move in this part of Texas.
Poured from a can purchased at the brewery. Dark clear brown color with thin beige head and decent lacing. Sweet coffee smell and taste. Nice roasted malt flavor, earthy and hint of lemon.
A bit thin, but overall a good brown ale.
