Drank 4/13/2024
Pour is a crystal clear coppery / burnt orange. thin beige head fades quickly.
Nose is toffee, caramel, sweet wheat, bourbon, oaky vanilla
Taste is a wave of bourbon, oaky vanilla upfront followed by caramel, toffee, strong malty backbone.
Relatively crisp and easy to drink considering the style. Full bodied. Not overly sweet.

A little disappointed with this beer. I love a wheat wine but this was a little thin and didn’t look great, but definitely packs a punch. Had it in cans bought at the brewery, maybe it would be better on tap.
Poured into a tulip glass. Golden brown color with with little head or lacing. Toffee and boozy barrel smell and taste. Definitely some spicy rye background which save the beer. Pretty easy to drink making it a dangerous beer at 13.2% ABV. Nice on a cool rainy night.
