Aged in Chardonnay barrel.
Golden orange, lightly veiled. Beautiful and elegant white foam.
Fresh smell, wood note of barrique, lightly mineral. A lot of fresh floral notes.
At the taste is dry, with floral notes, and vinous. Again some mineral hints.
The base of saison, fresh and spicy, is well noticeable.
Very clean, the barrel is present, with white wine notes, but with a great balance,
Clen, fresh, very pleasant.
