A collaboration with Donzoko Brewing Company.
Vienna malt and a small amount of caramel malt build a beautiful amber colour and bready character. Classic German hops impart a light bitterness and floral hop character. We adjusted pH with our lactic acid culture, fermented with Braybrooke’s house yeast, and matured it cold for 30 days. The end result is a delicious lager with a slight malt sweetness, light enough to be enjoyed over and over again.

500ml can.
L: Beautiful amber colour with a light haze and thick, creamy suds.
S: Not much of anything.
T: Caramel flavour that perfectly suits the gentle malt sweetness.
F: Soft, smooth, slightly slick mouthfeel with low carbonation.
O: A vienna lager on the pale end of the scale. Extremely drinkable and refreshing but also full of character and flavour.
