This Session Lager is brewed on our state of the art equipment. We use Pilsner and Munich malts from Bamberg, a generous dose of German hops and reverse osmosis water, all fermented slowly with our house lager yeast. It is then lagered for a minimum of 4 weeks. The end result is effectively a mini-Pilsner: straw coloured, crisp, moreish, light in alcohol but not in flavour. We hope you enjoy!

330ml brown bottle.
L: Clear, golden with many streams of bubbles rising to a foaming white head.
S: Bright, fresh, grassy pilsner hops.
T: Follows the nose but is a little subdued. There’s a hint of sweetness and bitterness is very light.
F: Soft and smooth mouthfeel.
O: This is a decent pale lager but a poor pilsner. It lacks the crisp edge of a full-strength pilsner. That said, it’s admirable how much character is packed into sub 4%.
