I was up in Boulder to watch the CU/KU basketball game and stopped in here. Had their sampler. Red was one:
Pours a dark red, a bit thin looking. Head is about 1 finger, medium staying power.
Smells of sweet malt and some citrus.
Tastes a bit bitter, but with some sweetness coming and going. Butterscotch taste in the middle, some biscuit aftertaste.
Not very quenching, but a good example of this style, I think.
