A: Light banana yellow color unfiltered with creamy head crowning the glass and supporting some very good lacing.
S: Strong banana notes mixed with wheat malts that was very similar to tripel.
T: Banana but fresh banana and coconut cream with roasted wheat malts in the front. Strong aftertaste supported by the fresh banana.
M/D: Light and watery but works as a fruity smooth beer but could be a little stickier. Very very good and very drinkable my absolutely favorite wheat beer yet. To bad its not brewed year round.
