Serving notes - shaker glass, cool.
A - light sourness and straw.
A - nice big-medium bubbled head, three fingers that dissipates to film. Fairly clear redish-amber in color.
M-light carbonation, silky body.
T-slight sourness, port-like grape and grapefruit notes. Wonderful complexity of other flavors that are too subtle for my palet.
D - Dangerously drinkable for its ABV.

Nice brown color with a thin tan head. The nose has caramel malts along with spicy Belgian yeasts. Taste has dark fruits, candy malt, subtle hops and peppery Belgian yeasts. Medium body goes down well. A nice exaple of the style. One of the better beers from Walnut.
