Served in a shaker pint glass.
A: The bright gold color has good clarity and minimal carbonation. A soapy white head is small, but retains well and leaves bits of lace.
S: Grapefruit, lemon and some husky smelling malt.
T: Starts with a raw, cracker like malt flavor. It's followed by a mild citrus bitterness that is dominated by grapefruit flavors. Finishes dry, with a mild lingering bitterness.
M: The medium light body could stand a touch more fizz.
D: One of the weaker offerings from Walnut, in my opinion. An OK seasonal offering, but not one of my favorites here.
