Served in a shaker pint glass.

A: Hazy deep gold, with a small soapy head that doesn't stick around long. The beer does; however, leave a very thorough lace.

S: Rather sweet in the nose. Pears, green grapes and green apples interplay nicely. A light dose of clove and coriander balances the sweetness.

T: The fruit notes from the nose find their way seamlessly into the flavor. A biting, yet moderate coriander bitterness comes on next. It increases exponentially with the rise in the beer's temperature. The beer finishes tart and dry. Alcohol flavors are almost completely masked.

M: The body is fairly light and borders on watery at times. The carbonation feels too low for this style.

D: The aroma and flavor at work here are nice. A slightly warmer serving would have been appreciated, as the beer gets much better as it warms. I was quite impressed with how well the alcohol was masked. This beer drinks very light and goes down faster than its ABV would indicate it should.
