Juno Dry Hopped Sour with blood orange + guava + vanilla
Raw wheat, oats, and lactose. Soured and co-fermented with our house mixed culture. Generously dry hopped with Sabro then conditioned on blood oranges, guava and vanilla.

Can from the source.
This is more of a fruited kettle sour than the funky base their other beers have. Grainy, sweet, with massive amounts of guava and vanilla with the citrus providing brightness. Saturated with fruit, this is pretty intense. The palate is tart, lactic with a strong kettle sour vibe, with lots of guava and vanilla. Dry hop character is lost in the shuffle here. A little too sweet for my liking.

House of Funk Brewing 'Juno' @ 6.0% , served from a 473 ml can
A-pour is a yellow/gold from the can to a hazy yellow/gold in the glass with a small white head leaving a fine spotty lace along the tulip
S-fruity & dry-hopped Sabro
T-blood orange start & tart , guava seems hidden in the swallow
MF-mild carbonation , almost full bodied
Ov-decent sour beer
