Our House rotating Sour IPA. Raw wheat, oats and 2-row malt. Chaka was fermented with a house Kveik culture, double dry hopped and blended with foeder aged golden sour ale.

S-dry-hopped Enigma & Galaxy , Kviek yeast
T-sour first and foremost , tart swallow , almost tough
MF-lots of carbonation , feels full bodied
Ov-nope , not a style I'll enjoy
