Our rotating smoothie sour, Funk Juice (4.5%) was brewed with rolled oats, wheat and lactose milk sugar, soured with our wild house Lactobacillus culture, fermented with Kveik, then conditioned on an irresponsible amount of blackberry and raspberry.
