Verdandi is fermented in foeder with a house strain of saison yeast and brettanomyces. After fermentation, Verdandi was dry hopped generously with Southern Passion, lending notes of passionfruit, guava and red berries to a rustic oak-forward saison.

Dill is for pickles. I realize sorachi ace works in Sapporo at low levels, but dry hopping with it ruins this tasty base beer. Saaz, tettnang, Nelson Sauvin, pacifica, moteuka, mount hood even would have been a better choice as a dry hop. I had this beer before and it was dry hopped with a different variety and was shocked that they changed it to Sorachi Ace. It's an easy fix anyway.
