This beer is a member of our Lupulin entanglement series: a collection of creations in which we celebrate the menage a trois between wood, hops, and funk. Fermented in an oak foeder with a house yeast blend. Hopped with Colombus, Callisto, Mosaic, and Simcoe. Dank stone fruit, pine, and grapefruit zest.

House of Funk Brewing 'Interference' Foeder West Coast IPA @ 5.0% , served from a 473 ml can
A-pour is gold from the can to a clear dark gold in the glass with a large size off-white head leaving a fine spotty lace along the tulip
S-lots of hops give off a certain funky dankness
T-good tasting Foeder west coast IPA , almost sweet swallow
MF-mild carbonation , big medium body
Ov-another funky Foeder IPA
