An Irish red ale brewed simple and balanced, hopped lightly with cascade in the kettle and then fermented with a neutral ale yeast. Once fermentation and maturation were complete we then worked alongside our roastery to cold steep our HoF roasted coffee and blend in our cold brew concentrate. A beautiful red ale that boasts the best of both halves that make up House of Funk. Beautiful nutty, roasted coffee aroma followed by a toffee malt and a finish slightly on the sweeter side. Sláinte.
