Contract brewed out of Situation Brewing.
Very Jamaican looking colours on the can.
"For Sam and Danny" outlined on the bottom of the can.
Appearance - Pours a ginger gold with two fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - citrus and tropical hops, mango, passionfruit, apricot, peach, citrus and orange rind, bready malts, hint of lemon, and earthy yeast.
Taste - citrus and tropical hops upfront. The mango, passionfruit, apricot, peach, citrus and orange rind come through next. The bready malts, hint of lemon, and earthy yeast finish off the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with light to moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky with the hops and fruits lingering.
Overall - This brew lives up to the name on the can. This APA is definitely quite sessionable and the hops are on point. Considering this contract brewed at Situation Brewing this is definitely a pleasant start. Look forward to sampling other beers from this brewing company in the future.
