Pours a dark purple with soft pink head.
Smell is sweet and tart with notes of blueberries, raspberries, currants and a good dose of maple syrup.
Taste is sweet and tart with big opening notes of slightly oaky maple syrup, backed by juicy blueberries, raspberries, currants and vanilla cream.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and creamy with good carbonation.
Overall, a very good fruited sour with great nose and texture.
