On tap at Bishops Arms Gustav.
Pours jet black with soft, chocolate colored head.
Smell is sweet and intense with lots of licorice up front. Notes of chocolate, cinnamon and brown sugar.
Taste is huge, sweet, rich and intense. Main notes of licorice and chocolate with some cinnamon, vanilla and roasted coffee beans in the back.
Mouthfeel is thick, chewy and well carbonated.
Overalll, a great, huge stout. Just manages to stay in bounds of being over the top.
