Pours a dark purple with fine, pink head.
Smell is sweet and tart, rich with notes of vanilla, blackberries, raspberries and currants.
Taste is rich and sweet with a light tartness. Notes of vanilla, raspberries, strawberries, currants and lime. Dry finish with a slight bitterness.
Mouthfeel is full, chewy and pillowy with good carbonation.
Overall, a tremendous fruited sour, Elmeleven truly excel at these.
