Pours a dark purple with fine pink head.
Smell is sweet and tart with notes of raspberries, blackberries, vanilla, maple syrup, peach and peach syrup.
Taste is sweet and tart with notes of raspberries, backberries, vanilla, pannacotta, peach, pineapple and lime.
Mouthfeel is medium to full, smooth, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a fantastic pasty sour. Elmeleven are world class with this style.
