Pours a murky reddish purple with fine pink head.
Smell is sweet and tart with notes of raspberries, strawberrries, vanilla, youghurt and some caramel and fudge.
Taste is sweet and tart with notes of raspberries, blackberries, cooke dough, vanilla youghurt, fudge and strawberry jam. A slight hint of coconut.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and bit undercarbonated.
Overall, a terrific sour, right in Elmeleven's wheel house.
