Pours a golden orange with low head.
Smell is sweet and tart with notes of mango, pineapple, maple syrup and peach skin.
Taste is rich, sweet and tart with notes of mango, melon, pineapple and maple syrup.
Mouthfeel is medium to full, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a great pastry sour, Elmeleven's bread and butter.
