Pours a dark purpe with thick purple head.
Smell is sweet with notes of raspberries, blackberries, fudge, chocolate and vanilla ice cream with a slight tartness in the back.
Taste is sweet with a slight tartness. Notes of blackberries, raspberry jam, fudge, chocolate and vanilla with some hints of maple syrup.
Mouthfeel is thick and chewey with good carbonation.
Overall, a sensational pastry sour. Elmeleven are world class at these.
