Pours a thick murky orange with thick head.
Smell is sweet and tart with notes of mango, peach, apricot marmalade, vanilla and banana.
Taste is sweet with a hint of tartness. Notes of mango, pineapple, apricot marmalade, vanilla and banana.
Mouthfeel is medium to full, chewy and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific pastry sour.
