Pours a dark purple with thick red head.
Smell is sweet with notes of blueberry ice cream, cherry jam and maple syrup with some hints of youghurt and raspberry jam.
Taste is sweet with notes of blueberry ice cream, cherry lemonade and maple syryup with some hints of raspberries and chocolate.
Mouthfeel is full, chewy and smooth with good carbonbation.
Overall, another great pastry sour by Elmeleven.
