Copenhagen 22/2 2026. 44 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. Purple can with some sort of knotty organic material sprouting.
Pours opaque hazy yellow with a big white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a 1,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a mild sweet odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a more prominent scent of citrus fruit. Sweet peach and apricot. Grapefruit and lime. Astringent.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and tart with a light sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
A fine tart specimen of scientific endeavors.
