Copenhagen 11/2 2021. 33 cl can from Voldby Købmandsgaard web-shop. Urban landscape with building blocks, a triangular town and a soccer field on a dark green background on the can.
Pours slightly unclear amber with a big fluffy white head. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet fruity and floral scent and light citric notes. Sweet pineapple and mirabelles. Apricot and peach. Citrus and lime.
Light carbonation. Sightly thick, watery, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with medium strong sweetness followed by and balanced boba medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Pleasant and citric brew. A bit on the subtle side without being anonymous.
