Copenhagen 13/1 2021. 44 cl can from Voldby Købmandsgård web-shop. Gaudy can design trying to catch the campy atmosphere of the eighties with giant portable phones and very unnerving color combinations.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a big white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity, slightly artificial odor mingling with a more subtle citric scent. Raspberry in abundance. A bit of peach and melon. Lactose and white sugar. Citrus and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, smooth, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a lighter citric bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a bitter undertone. Lingers shortly.
Sort of Milkshake-is but with an annoying artificial vibe.
