Nelson/ Whakatū, home of new Zealand’s most beautiful hops, our own little Bordaux nestled at the head of Maui’s great Waka. A PARTY LINE classic featuring notes of green grape and elderflower, this fresh brew will see you right. Drink fresh. Stay connected. Stay rad.

Copenhagen 12/1 2021. 44 cl can from Voldby Købmandsgård web-shop. Gaudy can design trying to catch the campy atmosphere of the eighties with giant portable phones and very unnerving color combinations.
Pours unclear dark amber with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a prominent sweet, malty odor mingling with a more subtle citric scent. Caramel and sweet pale malts. Sharp stab of grape fruit and citrus.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is fairly sweet with a bitter citric undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Quite malty for the style. Not the first one on my Party Line.
