Showcasing the malts from Canterbury New Zealand, balanced with heady aromatic NZ hops. Big, bold, proud. A fresh hop aroma with cut grass and citrus. Left with a clean dry finish from an ale yeast that’s fully feasted, leaving an estery note.

Copenhagen 21/12 2020. 33 cl can from Voldby Købmandsgaard web-shop. Urban landscape with a little harbor and a bridge with orange background.
Pours unclear orange amber with a mid-sized white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer.
Aroma is medium intense with a medium strong sweet fruity odor mingling with sharp citric notes. Peach and melon. Touch of fermentation. Grape fruit and pine.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Sweet maltiness meeting dry bitterness. Good one.
