This American Pale Ale uses US hops and all kiwi malt. A sturdy ale with shed-loads of dry-hopping. It pours a gorgeous auburn colour, with hop aromas of tropical fruit and sweet orange, then on tasting has flavours of grapefruit and pine. Rounded out with a taste of toffee and a mellow bitterness.

Copenhagen 19/12 2020. 33 cl can from Voldby Købmandsgaard web-shop. Drawing of an urban landscape with a little harbor and a dark blue background on the can.
Pours unclear golden amber with a big, fluffy, white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam clinging to the sides of the glass and uable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light fruity, sweet odor mingling with citric notes. Peach and honey melon. Citrus and lemon. Hints of tart gooseberries.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a lighter citric bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a citric undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Drinkable and refreshing. No more, no less.
