Aroma is cereal, cellar-like, there is banana and there is clove.
The taste is distinguished by a slight rye sourness and a milder malty sweetness.
Medium saturation. Texture smooth, meaty. Body high, full. Aftertaste long sour, cereal, beer-like.

Wheaty smell, with rye, spicy.
Even floral, some cloves, clean.
In the taste a slight acidoulous note, and spiciness, from the rye, then wheat, cloves.
Just a hint of lactic.
Adequate body. Spicy finish, quite long.
